My first trip was in 1976 when I was five. My parents went to daytona speedweeks and took me to see the Magic Kingdom on our way through as my present.
We camped at Fort Wilderness where I met my first 'Possidilly'. I was a bit precocious, somehow I knew at age 5 that the armadillo wouldn't hurt us. My parents flew into the camper as I sat patiently at the picnic table and exclaimed "mom, the Possidilly won't hurt us!":D
My first trip was in '72. Rode the HM and was scared half to death. Now it's my favorite. Love looking at old videos of how the park was back then. I can remember having lunch and a young rock band was playing where Sonny plays now.
The 70's when we took our two young daughters for the first time. Our first trip to Disney was to DL in 1976 for our DD's first birthday. Then when we moved back to AL we took them to WDW.
