Yes you can, actually at all location you can use the card.:thumbsup:
As it was explained to me this spring, you can use it to pay, and you will accrue points toward freebies, but you cannot redeem freebies
I tried to redeem a birthday drink at the Animal Kingdom Starbucks, and they said that you cannot redeem freebies from your card in the parks, but you can at the DTD Starbucks (which I did, and it worked!).
