If I make a reservation for a fantasmic lunch at Hollywood and vine and they have character lunch do we get to see characters also?

Booking the Fantasmic! package for lunch would get you the characters. Dinner would not.
Sorry I haven't been to Disney in awhile however I thought you had to book dinner to get the packages
