Medical attention needed
We are here. It was wonderful, until about 2 days ago when my 17 year old spiked a fever, headache and a few other symptoms. She is still not symptom free so I think we need medical attention.
Any suggestions for a medical facility in Kissimmee? I guess it would need to be an urgent care type place, I dont know if a regular clinic would allow mw to make an appointment.

I would ask at the front desk of the hotel, they will have a recommendation.
I'm sure someone will be along with previous experience shortly!

I used to go to this one right outside Celebration in Kissimmee:

CentraCare
4320 West Vine Street
(US 192)
Kissimmee, Florida 34746
Feel better!

I can't remember the names of the places, but the front desk at Disney was so helpful when we were sick a few years ago.
They have a full list of 24-hour urgent care centers and 24-hour pharmacies that deliver.
Either way, it seems as though it is a good idea to see a doctor in this situation! Good luck and I hope your daughter feels better!!!

I'd vote talk to front desk and tell them whats going on, they will be able to fix you up with somewhere close by that they know is quality. Good luck and I hope she feels better soon!

Very important to ask if all the doctors and providers in that facility take your insurance if you have it.
We went to Celebration Hospital and clearly ask dose the hospital accept our plan. They did but the doctor group contractor for the ER did not.
Big surprise when we got that bill.

There is an Urgent Care place right outside DTD. Instead of turning onto Buena Vista to go to DTD. it’s the next left before the Pineapple hotel (Double Tree I think) you follow the road and it’s in the back. There should be signs posted. We had to take my son there a couple years ago. They were good and the wait wasn’t long at all.
Hope she feels better soon :ill:

The front desk CMs can be very helpful in a case like this and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for help. It's also wise to get her checked out. The symptoms are most likely nothing to worry about but could turn out to be something serious and better to have the peace of mind. Best wishes. I hope she feels better fast.

Yes..I agree with pretty much everyone..go to the front desk,,they are you best bet!!
I did that in May..they ended up calling an ambulance for me and one of the employees..a manager..and a security guard stayed with me and my family until they got there!

I hope everything turned out for the best.
