We really like grabbing a table on the water at San Angel Inn at Mexico in EPCOT.
Then of course the ride afterwards!

Ohana's or Whispering Canyon Cafe!
I gotta say Raglan Road  You have to like a restaurant that puts Guiness in EVERYTHING!
For TS we loved Teppan Edo. For CS it has to be Flame Tree BBQ.:mickey:
We love the Sci-Fi Dine Inn just because of the atmosphere.:mickey:
We love 2 places equally...Jiko & Artist Point:cloud9:
For breakfast and characters we like Donald's Safari at Tusker House. For Counter Service I like the Sunshine Seasons or whatever is in the Land. And for dinner I have to go with Cali Grill- great food and views!
It wouldn't be a trip to WDW without a dinner at 'Ohana.
I also love Garden Grill in The Land at EPCOT.
I've had great meals everywehre in Disney. Whenever I'm together with good friends and WDW, I'm having a great time.
This is an easy question to answer.
Since the very 1st of more than 10 visits, my favorite has always been Les Chefs de France.
Good food and amazing setting....what more could you ask for?
Trails End Buffet for breakfast, Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch or dinner.
My favorites:
Artist Point
'Ohana
Boma
Le Cellier
:mickey:
If I had to choose one, Kona Cafe.
My favorite used to be Liberty Tree Tavern but after our trip last month it is so very hard to decide. We ate at the following and loved them all:
Crystal Palace - Breakfast
1900 Park Fare - Breakfast
Cape May - breakfast
Chef Mickey's - breakfast
Coral Reef - dinner
Le Cellier - dinner
Garden Grill - dinner
Ohana's - dinner
Whispering Canyon Cafe - dinner
Liberty Tree Tavern - dinner
Favorite counter service:
Toss up between Flame Tree Barbecue and Columbia Harbor House
Sunshine Seasons at the Land. I NEVER get tired of that place!
Isn't amazing the variety of responses to this question. Here a few of my favorities (keep in mind that we haven't eaten everywhere):

Boatwright's
Animal Knigdom
Flaming Tree BBQ
Magic Kingdom
Columbia Harbour House
Pecos Bill
DHS
50s Prime Time
Backlot Express
EPCOT
Le Cellier

Too many good choices...
My family's favorite is O'hana, followed closely by Biergarten. The food is good at both of these restaurants, but we also simply love the atmosphere in each. Plus, the deserts at each are de-li-cious!
For the best food, though, our fav is Le Cellier. Granted, we haven't eaten everywhere but we love the food here.
That would have to be in our breakfast nook looking out at the 6th hole. Oh, you mean at WDW, well without a doubt that would have to be the California Grille.
California Grill for the amazing views.
Narcoossee's because it's lovely, relaxing, and the Grand Floridian feels like home.
Ohana's for dinner! We usually eat there twice any time we go to WDW! DH just loves it there.
We also really like
CP for breakfast
There are many more favorites but those are the top two.
Ohana for dinner, 1900 Park Fare for breakfast.
