I believe the food court at Colorado Springs in not in jeopardy - but the food situation at Caribbean Beach is different. I just recently stayed there, and for me - it was still okay. They had a buffet in a very very large tent - it was not crowded at all and very roomy. If you did not want the buffet they had several (I think 4 or 5) food trucks outside the tent that you could also order from, and one of the trucks was a bar that you could order alcoholic drinks from. You could then go into the tent and eat what you ordered. In each of the resort sections, they also had one room set up as a small mini food court that you could get a lot of different foods from - albeit all premade. I did not find it a deterrent to my staying at CBR resort at all, and in fact, because of the situation, my room was cheaper than any of the value rooms at the same time.
