DDP QS Credit Question

I recently heard that Disney is now distinguishing between adult and child counter service credits.

Is this true?

And if true, are we still allowed to convert a quick service credit to 3 snack credits? Is there a difference for adults vs kids?

I am trying to make a plan for food and wine for my next trip and this will have a significant impact.

Yes, it appears to be true, as of Jan 1st. Kids CS credits can only be used on items from there children's menu.

I haven't heard anything about the conversion of CS credits to snack credits going away.
