We have ADRs for Chefs de France in late Sept and were wondering when Remy comes out? I saw where they wheel around a cheese cart and lift a platter lid and a Remy character appears. Our son loves Ratatouie and we are hoping this happens during our meal. Thanks for your replies.

I don't remember a specific time but I know he comes out late afternoon until early evening... We made an ADR in June for 2:30 and was told that he would be out during our meal... We weren't able to keep the reservation so we missed him...:(
We had lunch (1:00) at Chefs de France in August and we got to see Remy! Very cute! I'm not sure how often they come out, but they did wheel around a cheese cart and Remy was under the platter lid! By the way the food and service were excellant there too! :smickey:
We had a 5:00 p.m. reservation at Les Chefs de Franceat the end of July. Remy visited our table during our meal.
My DW and I had lunch there in May around the regular time (noon-ish), and he came by. We've also got an ADR there for lunch in October with our kids, with the specific goal of having them get to see Remy.
We were just there two weeks ago from this day, and they told me Remy "goes home" at 6pm. Of course, our ADR was at 6. Sigh. We missed the little fellow. When you make the ADR, confirm what time he'll be there, because I imagine that could change seasonally.

Remy comes out at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50, and 5:20
There may be more but these are the times given to my by the CM who made my reservations...Good luck

Is Remy a permanent addition to the restaurant now? I would love to see him, but we can't go to WDW until next year. I hope that he stays.
Just wanted to let everyone know that Remy doesn't make any appearances on Sunday. We were there last Sunday for lunch and waiter informed us that Sunday is Remy's day off from work.
