Mar. 24, 1987 – French Prime Minister Jacques Chirac signed the Euro Disney Protocol with Michael Eisner.
Mar. 24, 1990 – The Disney Channel Premiere Film “Chips, the War Dog” aired.
Mar. 24, 1995 – The Disney film “Tall Tale” was released.
Mar. 24, 1995 – The Disney/Hollywood Pictures film “Funny Bones” was released.
Mar. 24, 1996 – The Disney Channel Premiere film “The Little Riders” aired.
Mar. 24, 2001 – The Disney animated series House of Mouse aired the episode “Donald’s Pumbaa Prank.”
Mar. 24, 2002 – Randy Newman’s “If I Didn’t Have You” (from Disney’s Monsters, Inc.) was awarded an Oscar for Best Song at the 2001 Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre.
Mar. 24, 2003 – “Piglet’s Big Movie” premiered at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, Ca.
Mar. 24, 2005 – Disney Store North America announced that it was expanding into the retail outlet arena and will officially open its first outlet location on Long Island, N.Y. (at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.)
Mar. 24, 2006 – The Disney Channel Original Movie “Cowbells” aired.
