When I booked a birthday lunch for my daughter the CM told me about cakes. Now I forget what she said since I hadn't planned on getting one when I called (I have since changed my mind).

Is it a small, plain cake you get for 12.50 and do you just ask for that at the podium when you check in?

And how about the cake through the bakery she gave me a number for. They start at 25.00 I think. Are they worth it and what have people ordered?

Thanks!

We got the $12.50 cake for my daughters BDay. It was a small chocolate cake (enough for 4) with happy bday on it. It was very good and worth it. I have pictures of it on my home-page.

We got the $12.50 cake for our DD 7th birthday. It was yellow cake with white chocolate filling & buttercream icing - YUM! It said Happy Birthday & had lots of Mickey shaped confetti. My DD felt so special, it was completely worth it.

Thanks for the input so far! I think I'll go with the 12.50 cake. Do I call ahead or order it when we arrive for our lunch?

The $12.50 cake is always available. You can call ahead if you like so they can note it, just to be sure. We got the $12.50 cake at the Whispering Canyon, and also at the Garden Grill. Both were very good, and the one at Whispering Canyon was esp. good, they wrote my sons name on it, and it was good and chocolately, and it was decorated with lucious chocolate curl all over the plate. Def. worth $12.50 and we had leftovers! (there are 5 of us)
