We plan on going to the Orlando area for a Disney Vacation in December. We decided we wanted to add some things we haven't done yet to our agenda and Universal is one of those...

However, I wonder if it will be worth it. I know their rollercoasters are world reknown.

However, I can NOT go on rides that flip me upside down. I tend to black out when upside down. I think it is the fear just shuts my brain off.

So, can a wet hat like me have fun at Universal where rollarcoasters are king?:(

What is there to do that will be fun for not only me, but my DBF and DLB, who will be 10yrs at that time?

Figment!

See the Islands of Adventure (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/beyond/ioa.asp) and Universal (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/beyond/unistudios.asp) sections of INTERCOT info Central for an overview of the attractions in each park.

If its only flipping you upside down that sets you off then you will be fine on any of their rides except the two IOA coasters (Hulk and DD.) The Mummy at the studios doesnt go upside down, also their water rides are fantastic, Spiderman is really well done (if you can do simulators/3D movies as this one is a combination of the two,) and at the studios, which my 70 year old grandmother quite enjoyed the only rides with any sort of G-forces are the Mummy (coaster,) MIB (tea cup spining,) Jimmy Neutron (simulator) and BTF:TR (simulator) everything else she handled (Jaws and Twister better then my younger brother which she got quite a chuckle out of.)

I don't go on rollercoasters that go up side down and there is still a full's day at each Universal Park. Men in Black, ET, Jaws, Twister, Shrek, Jimmy Neutron, Monster Make Up Show, Spiderman, Posidon's Fuery, Sinbad..... the list goes on.
