It was a TOUGH one...but if I had to choose, RNRC :number1:
However, EE is awesome!

Good one Jimmy. I give the nod over RnRC because I am a music freak and the themeing is right up my alley (plus the thrills are start to finish). The takeoff is second to none.

EE is a great ride. It is consummate Disney. Definitely up there as one of WDW's best.

I’d go for EE over RnRC.
One reason is my DW will ride EE but not RnRC!
DW has an inner ear problem and even doing a forward roll on the ground will make her physically sick.
Putting her on any inverting ride is a definite “No, No!”

Gotta go with Aerosmith...even though the yetti has a really nice smile.

That's a really tough choice but I've got to go with Aerosmith.

I went EE just because I love the theming throughout the ride. RnRC is great too....I could say it's just my age!!!

I voted for the Yeti because the creature is so crucial to Expedition Everest. Though the Aerosmith soundtrack on Rock "n" Roller Coaster in fantastic, any rock band could have sponsored the attraction perfectly.

Change the music and the preshow, and you have the same ride.

I have to say RnRRC because I haven't tried EE! I am Scared! I don't like the idea of the lap bar. I am a shoulder harness kinda girl.

This is funny since RnRRC goes upside down- so to some a much scarier ride!

My mom used to say "If God intended my but over my head- He would have put it there!" ;)

Miss ya mommy!

These are the only two rides I've been too chicken to ride. I am hoping I can get up my nerve in May, but....I don't know!!! I hate drops, have never done a loop and feel scared about going backwards. That said I did TOT and the mountains last time. Maybe I can get up my nerve.....If I do I'll let all the fellow chickens know what I think!

You can ride RnR. I'll wiat outside with all the bags.

EE is thrilling enough for me.

I love both coasters but I did choose Yetti. I could ride it so many times. I do love the music with Aerosmith though. Why can't we choose both??????

:rocker: Aerosmith and Rockn'Rollercoaster are both totally cool. I voted for them because I haven't had the opportunity to try Expedition Everest, and I still have my doubts that the Yeti even exists. I guess I'll find out next year! :mickey:

I chose RRC because I prefer MGM to AK.

I never nap there. Did you ever hear snoring during 3D shows? THAT'S ME! :bored:

I can never get used to those glasses.

The backwards factor in Yeti makes it #1 in my book! What an awesome ride and a GREAT thrill! The Yeti DOES exist!!! :number1:

This is really tough, I love both of them, so it is reallly hard to choose. I think RnR is a great coaster, it is fast, exciting and smooth all at the same time. EE is not only a coaster, but a ride in a coaster! They are both fabulous, so I am sorry to say, I can't choose. They are both #1's in my book!!

I would have to choose EE. I think that the thrills are just as good as RNR, but it does not jerk me around to the point that I lose my glasses. I also think that the view as you go up is fantastic (or terrifying depending).

Seems to stay about 50/50 on Yeti vs Aerosmith. I went with Expedition: Everest. I love RnR, but the overall attraction of Everest gets my vote. :mickey:

The first time we rode EE, we thought it was our new favorite. However, after getting to go on it several times this past trip, RnRC still wins. We love the Yeti, though. It's very close. More research is definitely needed. :number1:

This is very helpful as I am afraid of most roller coasters. It really has become a problem when hubby and I go to WDW by ourselves (daughters all grown up) and he has to ride by himself. He told me that EE is not as scary as RnR and that seems to be the impression here. I like the concept of not wearing a shoulder harness as I am a bit closterphobic and the idea being that restrained would do me in. :ack:

So which do you find scarier RnR or EE and why?

thanks -- tory

There are no big drops, but the take off is a BLAST !

From a purely ride point of view, I think RnRC is a better ride.

But when you take the whole package, I absolutely love the themeing of EE, and will take the Yeti over Aerosmith anyday!

Wow...tough one. I had to go w/RnR because it has it all: a great queue, good music, great ride, & incredible visuals. However, I think the queue for Yetti was Disney at its best.
