1) Trade or use at any Disney venue, including WDW, Disneyland, or Disney Store.
2) You can also send them back (Certified Reciept Requested) to Ticket Division. CRO can give you the address.

The only exception that I know to this rule is the places that give DD back to you as deposit refunds. Strollers, wheelchairs, etc. I believe lockers gives you back a real USD. But strollers will not exchange a refunded DD for a USD. Just walk to the shop next door and they will. Dumb I know...

In order to exchange Disney Dollars for US dollars at Disney Stores, you must now (as of 01-02-01) present an ORIGINAL receipt from when the Disney Dollars were purchased.

Jeff, good point. That would be true for small amounts of change. However, I think that for larger amounts of change, the program will automatically generate a Merchandise Credit. I'll check that out.

The newest Disney Dollars (2001 series) were pretty disappointing. They all are now advertisements for Disney's California Adventure http://www.intercot.com/boards/blue.gif

Anytime I've asked for Disney Dollars in change, I've been refused, they can only give cash.
