She flies from the castle before the fireworks show, right? How long before the show?

Where should we be standing to have a good view of her?

If you stand on Main Street USA looking at the castle she flies out just before the fireworks start from left to right. You can see the wiring apperatus.

The fireworks start as soon as Tinkerbell flies by.

Stinkerbelle, as we fondly think of her, flies down just as the fireworks begin... while the radio-voice guy is starting the show. We were plunked down directly in front of the castle on the curb, had a clear view even as she "flew" out of the castle! If you are looking up and to the right, you will see a cable (or a "magic line" as a CM corrected me!) running from a window in the tower down into the trees. She is rather something to see, especially impressive to my 6 year old, not so much that it was really Stinker, but that there was a person flying down the cable! Scope out the area a bit before the parade, you should be able to find a spot. BTW, I have seen other posts that Toon Town gives a good view, but I have no experience there.

Miss Bell does actually fly, you know. That "wiring apparatus" is Cinderella's high speed internet access cable. At least that's what I was told while employed there!

Here's what I can tell ya about Tinkerbelle
She's a back stabbing, moody little pixie.

As you may tell she's not my favorite character... http://www.intercot.com/boards/grazy.gif

But as for the flying....she really does, and I don't know what "line" you guys are talking about http://www.intercot.com/boards/smile.gif

Well Tink is my favorite character (pixie actually) The best place to see her is on the bridge going into tomorrow land. (which delarosa said) Did you know that the person portraying Tink has been flying for 20+ years? Also, during Christmas it's Rudolph not Tink that flies from the Castle. I know it's cute, but would rather see Tink!

Next trip 12/4!

I'm sorry to say that I must not have been paying attention... it wasn't until the 3rd time watching the fireworks before I realized that Tink was real!! Imagine my surprise! http://www.intercot.com/boards/eek.gif

Go to the Plaza Pavilion about an hour early and find the tables near the railing by the water, look overhead for the cable that Tinkerbell flies down and position yourself under that. Not only do you have a great view of the Flight, but also of the fireworks afterward!

There is a real person that "flies" from the castle? When I was there I wasn;t close enough to see Tink's flight...

Watching from the bridge to Tomorrowland is perfect she flys right over your heads.

As for the "line" that everyone keeps talking about... the real story is....

Peter Pan drew that line in the sky so Tinkerbell could always find her way home!

And it was about time that Peter Pan did something nice to Tinkerbell. After all Fantasmic that horrid little Wendy did try to steal Peter away... give him a kiss indeed... that little scarlet!! You would be less that nice to Wendy if she tried to steal your boyfriend... http://www.intercot.com/boards/wink2.gif
