With Disney, when you call CRO - you may or may not be talking to CRO. If when you are all done, and you thought you were talking to CRO and they give you anything but a 12 digit number -- right then is the time to say something.

Here is some info for you regarding your vacation with WDW:

If you have a 12 digit reservation number, that starts with "3" you have a CRO reservation. This can be canceled up to 5 days in advanced, as many changes as you want with no charges, and you pay in full at time of registration if you want.

If you have a 8 digit number that starts with "2," you have a Disney Club reservation. This also has a 5 days cancellation, but you must paid in full 3 weeks in advance.

If you have a 8 digit number that starts with "1", you have a travel "package" reservation. this is the strictest of policies, you have to pay 45 days in advance, and you can make changes with penalties (unless you have purchased their insurance).

I'm going to put this under the archives, so everyone can search for this info for future trips.
