Simply stated, V&A ain't your nrighborhood restaurant. If you have an occasion to celebrate, it's a special place to eat. If you have more money that you know what to do with, it's also a good place. We went on our honeymoon and still talk about the whole meal. We were just looking at our personalized menus the other night, remembering all the great food and wine. We did thw wine pairing, which probably is the best way to do it.

Our only problem is that we went out of season and the monorail had stopped running by the time we left. So, with special Honeymoon chocolate cake in hand, my bride and I walked/stumbled back to the Poly. We were both pretty hammered after the 7 or 8 glasses of wine. It was a lot of fun because the walkway from the GF to the Poly was being worked on. There were parts with no bricks and all sorts of equipment lying about. We ran into some other drunks who kinda materialized from the woods, and all wandered along. The urge to crash the luau was there, but we decided against doing so.

So, eat up, but have transportation arranged if you're wine pairing!
