Could someone tell me what Crossroads is and where it's located.

Thanks,

Emma

It's on 535 just north of I-4 and right across the street from Downtown Disney. graemlins/mickey.gif

Almost forgot, it's a shopping center with lots of good places to eat and a Disney Store. ;)

It is located at the intersection of 535 and the I-4. If you are travelling South on the I-4 (towards Tampa) you will see a big 'Crossroads' sign on the right just before the intersection.

Travelling from Disney it is at the other end of Hotel Plaza Boulevard from Downtown Disney.

There's also a grocery store, which is very helpful for stocking up on breakfast stuff and snacky bits to carry in your bag.

I would have to warn anyone about the Goodings supermarket, located in Crossroads, that you will be paying premium prices. Soda, for instance, isn't all that much cheaper than buying it in an on-site hotel's gift shop. it is a beautiful store, though. We always try to pick up our snacks at the supermarket on 192, at the crossroad of 535 (I think that's the street name) That market has normal supermarket pricing.

You may be thinking of Publix. There are two very close to Disney. One is at Hwy 192 and 535 and the other is at the corner of 192 and International Drive.
There is also a Winn Dixie just north of the Crossroads by about a mile or so. Personally, I prefer Publix. Their stores are usually cleaner than WD and I think the prices are comparable.
