Thank you for posting that! We are going this December, our first Holiday trip.

If you read this again, could you perhaps list what other "special events" take place in Dec. that we won't want to miss!

Thank you.

One last questions for you both...

http://www.intercot.com/boards/confused.gif Which of these events do you have to pay extra to get into?

Also, does the snow fall every night on New York street at Mgm? Is it everynight at MK?

Thank you all.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is the only one you have to pay extra to get into. The others are free except for park admission. Be sure to buy tickets ahead of time, though, for MVMCP-they sell out quick (if CRO ever puts them on sale http://www.intercot.com/boards/sarcblink.gif )

You can buy a package for Candlelight Processional. You get dinner, reserved seating at CP, and 15% off your purchases at Epcot during the day of your reservation. However, you do not have to purchase a package. You are welcome to walk in and see the show. Wait times are usually 1-1 1/2 hours.
My 4 year old grandson loved hearing the stories told at each country about Christmas where they live. He had all the storytellers sign his autograph book. Also, the person at America is Santa Claus.
There is snow in MGM every night. I believe the snow at MK is only during MVMCP. There are lots of decorations up. Santa Claus is at Downtown Disney. Characters are dressed in Christmas wear. There is a Christmas tree lighting each night at MK and Downtown Disney.
It is a really great time to go!
