Frozen Ever After Dessert Party

We are going to Disney World on Oct 21 for about a week. We were hoping to get tickets for the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot, but it seems that week, and the next two, have very limited dates...unlike all the other weeks 4-5 times each week.

Is there something going on that prohibits it from being offered those few weeks? It just seems so odd (and of course disappointing) to us.

I looked at the offerings and agree, very strange. The only thing I can think of is the have more F&W special events during that time?? Seems to pick up again after Nov 12th.
