Getting ADRs current timetable.

I have finally lost my mind. Went to WDW 4 times last year. We are DVC and Annual Passholders. Going back time after time and don't really get uptight over if a dining spot will be available, if it isn't will just do it some other trip. With all that said we are taking a person with us that hasn't been there in over 20 years and I want to make sure she get to experience "the best".
Tuesday the 14th is my go day. What time does the computer system open in the morning on day 180? Does the Plus 10 become available at that time? Phone system at 7 AM EST right?

Keep your fingers crossed for me I'm going for some of the biggies - Cindy's Castle, Ohana and BOG for CS breakfast and others.

You may already be aware, but my suggestion is to prioritize those 3 and then begin your selections with your last day there, working forward.

The online system opens at 6am, and the 180+10 will become available then. If you have any trouble on-line, you're correct that the phone system opens at 7am (eastern time for both)

In my recent experience, 'Ohana has been crazy to get, the castle and BOG are still hard, but you should be good.

This is how I always feel - no biggie if I don't get it for myself, but the pressure is on when I'm taking someone else. Just take a deep breath and relax. The newbie will have fun no matter what happens. If you aren't able to get something, he/she will never know what they are missing and will enjoy what you do get.
