Lapu Lapu at 'Ohana

Does anyone know if the Lapu Lapu beverage is include in the new Disney dining plan for 'Ohana?

This is just a guess on my part. When we were there in Jan. most places let you have any drink up to $16 off the menu. On Kona Cafe menu a Lapu Lapu is listed as $14. Seems you just might be in luck.
