Online Dining ADR frustration [Archive]

I'm 180 days out of start of my trip on 9/13 and tried making my reservations online at 6:00am and system not working. Performance is terribly slow of the search for times and then once times are displayed and tried to select, just get an error message every time. Calling dining in 2 minutes, but just very frustrating that their system is not working. I'm in IT and find that unacceptable. :mad:

I'm thinking once they get all this money from parking fees, they'll be able to upgrade. ;)

Hope you were able to get what you wanted. Needless to say, their IT is less than stellar.

Disney's website leaves much to be desired. There are times when making reservations seems almost flawless and then the next second you can't use it at all. I'm not sure if the site just can't handle the traffic or what, but it IS frustrating when you're trying to plan a trip. We should expect better from Disney.

I think it has to do with all the people trying to get the prized CRT and BOG reservations. I used to have this problem a lot, now that my daughter is older and we no longer do character meals, I book my ADR's in the afternoon and have no problems wit the system.

I get to make mine tomorrow.. hopefully this isn't the case
