Room Preferences

We are dvc members so we are frequent visitors to WDW. I do the online check in, but in the past, there is a place when they ask you to choose two preferences or requests, such as ....near elevator, near lobby, upper floor, etc. for our last two trips, I don’t remember this as an option. Does anyone recall when/where you are provided with these choices?

We 90% of the time go to our home resort of OKW and need to be sure I have a ground floor room where I can take my ECV in for charging overnight, I always phone member service and make my request that way.

Ours was on the MDE app under the online check in.
