Can't you just buy it on the Shop Disney Parks app and have it shipped to you? Also, a few times in the past I have had trouble finding a particular pin with the year on it while in the parks in November and bought them on Ebay while standing in line for an attraction and they were in the mailbox when it got home.

Is it the Disneyland exclusive starbucks small world travel tumbler? If so, there are a ton of them on ebay. I noticed other various starbucks coffee mugs too when I looked, such as a Disneyland Fantasyland coffee mug.
