Hurricane update - Friday

Disney continues to monitor the forecast path of Hurricane Irma. No new WDW closures have been announced so far today.

The following locations are open and operating as usual:
WDW Theme Parks
WDW Resorts and Convention Centers
Disney Springs
ESPN Wide World of Sports
Disney’s Miniature Golf Courses
Disney Transportation
Disney’s Magical Express

When I was at Disney the week after Hurricane Andrew devasted South Florida, a number of cast members told me that the figures on top of the Swan and Dolphin hotels could only survive up to a 75 MPH gusts.
