So, if you could build a new ride for a movie or character, not already represented by another ride, what would it be? What kind of attraction would you want. (If the movie or character is represented in a show or meet n'greet, those dont count).

So Id want Moana. I picture a ride, kinda like Splash Mountain. Perhaps the uplift before the drop could be escaping and giving the stone to the volcano god. Create some Navi River type effect inside the mountain. Could be really cool. Put the Crab inside. Outside could be a giant, green mountain.

Good question! How about something with the National Treasure theme where your vehicle gives clues and all on board answer questions which in turn brings you to various historical monuments and or locations around the world (sort of like Soain) - I would place this on a trackless system like in Tokyo Disneyland' Winnie the Pooh ride. Conceivably, each ride could be different and it would evoke the feeling of Horizon's choose your return back ending - but totally amp'd up due to multiple choices (majority rules in the car). In the end you'd either reach the treasure room or jail (ha-ha - maybe some consolation location would be more family friendly though). :mickey:

Love the National Treasure/Horizons blend. Great idea.

Love both those ideas. Love time travel so what about a Meet the Robinsons ride where a photograph is taken of everyone in the car, you type in ages and where you're from and where and when you want to visit in the future. The computer converts your pictures into cartoons and you can choose to visit as your current age or it ages the characatures appropriately to when you're visiting. You could have predetermined destinations like Walt Disney Universe and other futuristic US cities. Each rider can have his/her own experience with virtual reality "goggles". The car moves in connection with what's going on in your "trip". Just a thought...

Revamp the Speedway at MK, make it over into Radiator Springs from Cars, with indoor(night-time scenes) and outdoor(daytime scenes), with music and character comments from in car speakers. Kids would still be able to drive the cars, and it would be an actual Disney themed attraction instead of just a copy of outdated run of the mill amusement park attractions.

I love that idea. I might even break my legs so I can get into those little cars to see that.

Great idea.

I'd like to see something either with the Incredibles or Inside Out. The Incredibles would be great...especially since they are getting a sequel. However an emotional experience for Inside Out in Epcot would be awesome! How cool would it be if they could get you to experience the five emotions in one attraction?
