Best Standard Room at Animal Kingdom Lodge

Hi All,

Planning a trip to WDW in September for my girlfriend and I. We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a standard room. Wondering if anyone has any room number recommendations for a standard room with a good view.

I can not remember the room number but make sure the do put you near the front entrance facing the parking lot. The Magical Express buses come 24 hours a day! That is all we heard when trying to sleep

Definitely request a room away from the parking lot. I don't think it would hurt to request a "partial" savannah view room. We usually just do a standard room and usually end up with some kind of partial view of the savannah. Looks like the Zebra trail and Kudu trail is where you want to be, with a view of the landscaping.

The touring lines website has a feature where you can filter for different types of rooms and see what the view is like. Really cool feature. Our view was spot on with the picture on the website.
