Busy Days for Food & Wine Festival

I'm planning a trip to WDW for mid-October. I know enough to avoid the F&W Fest on Friday and Saturday.

How busy is EPCOT on Sundays during the Festival?

I was there for three Sundays in a row. It was crazy busy at night. During the day was not to bad. But by 6pm it was packed. I was there from October 26th thru November 12th. It was very very busy every time we ventured over there. Week days were not bad until the evening. Then it got busy. Not as busy as Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Just be ready for crowds!
