Fast Passes disappeared from MDE app!!!

Help!! I was just now checking to see what time our Frozen fast pass is for tomorrow and it is gone! Not only that....all of my fast passes for the whole next 10 days are also gone! Some of these fast passes were very difficult to get! How do I get them back. I have signed out and back in several times and still no luck! Any ideas on what to do about this situation? They were all there today!

Most likely just a display glitch in the MDE app. I wouldn't freak out about it too much.

Glad they're back.

We had something similar happen on our last trip in '15. It was a system-wide failure. For future trips, I will have a paper copy of FastPasses because for more than 5 hours, the MDE App was not functioning for anyone. Guests had to go to a Cast Member at a Kiosk to find out when (and where) their upcoming FPs were.

Screens hots and got printouts are a good idea to have.
