Package FP+ before final payment is made

Sounds stupid, but I'm making FP+ for a friend in her ME...window opens in two days, and I have her list...but she owes $$$ on the package, will it still let me book the FP+... Thank you for your expertise.

The package does not have to be paid in full in order to make ADRs or FP selections. It just has to be paid by 30 days before the check-in date.
