Can you take a magic band that you already have and link to a new MyDisney Experience Account if it is currently linked to another MyDisney Experience Account?

Yes. We always take ours to change out colors during the week. So far all of mine have been active upon checking in .....

Magic bands can't be disconnected from one MDE account and reconnected to another account. At least you can't do it. Possible that the IT Team can. Any given account can have multiple bands attached to it, and you can deactivate a band from its account, but you can't reassign the band's to another account.
