Can I use Disney gift cards to pay for alcoholic beverages?

Assuming that you you're at a Disney location, yes.

Disney gift cards can be used at virtually all Disney owned locations (some pop-up trinket carts don't have the necessary connections to take cards of any type). Some non-Disney locations (think stores and restaurants in Disney Springs) can also accept the Disney Gift Cards, but not all do.

Yes, as long as the location accepts Disney Gift cards, there are no restrictions on using them for alcohol.
