Hello! We are just waiting for our booking window and is wondering what is the difference between and 2bedroom villa vs a 2bedroom lock-off villa. Does anyone have a preference between the two?

A 2-bedroom villa has two bedrooms with one entrance to the villa. A 2 bedroom lock-off villa is basically a 1 bedroom villa attached to a studio. You can keep the connecting door between the two open or you can "lock off" one unit from the other. I think the preference will depend on who you are traveling with and how much togetherness you want. You might also need to take one or the other based on availability. When not used as a 2-bedroom configuration the studio and/or the 1-bedroom can be booked independently of each other for two different traveling parties.

Thank you so much for the info.

To add to what Faline has said, the dedicated 2 bedroom has an extra ½ bath and has 2 queens in the second bedroom. The lock-off has 1 queen and 1 sofa bed in the second bedroom.
