Shades of Green- Fast passes?

Can someone who is staying at Shades of Green sign up for ride fast passes ahead of the trip visit? I have only stayed on property before, and a friend of mine is asking. Thanks for any help

They can do so 30 days prior, like all other non Disney resort guests.
