MVMCP tickets and fastpasses for 4 to 7

Has anyone been able to use your party tickets to obtain fastpasses for the three hours before the party starts?

Yes, after we bought the MVMCP tickets and they linked to our MDE account, we were able to make FP+ reservations. We did not have any other valid tickets on MDE at the time and FP+ booking became available only after buying the party tickets so it definitely gives you that option.
