Question regarding BWV/Bedding

If the BWV One Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 5, and it has a King Bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, where would the 5th person sleep?

Also, what does this mean.......

Sleeps 4 – 5th guest can be accommodated, but please note that NO ADDITIONAL BEDDING, LINENS OR TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED.
•1 king-size bed & 1 queen-size sleeper sofa


Are you able to bring an air mattress? Do they have roll aways available for the 5th person but no linens?

The one bedroom officially sleeps 4 but members asked for the 5th and got it. Basically they give you a bed and linens for 4, anything over that is not their concern. There are no rollaways but you are free to bring an air mattress and your own linens.

I guess the 1 bedroom didn't get the additional fold down type murphy bed? The studios have them?
