This is my first time to ask a question, although I have been reading these boards for years! I know that at least one of the awesome experts here on Intercot will be able to help me out. In December we are traveling to WDW with our DGS, DS and DDiL. I am trying to make FP+s but, despite our DGS being listed in my friends and family profile (with the notation that I can plan for him), he is not listed as a person I can schedule FP+ for. Could this be because he just turned three and doesn't need FP+ if he is accompanied by someone over 14? Believe me, I AM over age 14!!! LOL He does have park tickets. Any insight will be appreciated.

Welcome to posting on the boards! Your grandson does need a FP. Have you tried making sure his age is correct in My Disney Experience?

Have you linked his park ticket yet?

BrerGnat...Thank you for the advice! I will check his age and the link issue. My DDIL and DS have a separate reservation. I will check with them re: their MDE and the DGS's age and link status.

Just wanted to share what the problem was. DGS had two listings in MDE under his name. One listing indicated that he was 1 yr old and in the other, he was 3. Disney tech support cleaned that up and everything worked great. Thanks, again, BrerGnat!
