Do they do this in WDW

I was just reading "14 Hidden things to look for at Disneyland" and my questions is this:
In this article is was talking about the Haunted Mansion and if you ask a Cast member for a Death Certificate before you enter the Doom Buggies, that when you are finished a Cast Member will have a Death Certificate waiting for you as you get off. And if you ask a Cast Member about the Haunted Mansion's pet Cemetery, they'll give you a personal tour.

Is this all true and do they do it at WDW?

As I understand things that was only California and regardless they stopped the Death Certificates years ago, just too time consuming and cost too much once everyone on the internet got wind of it.

As for the Pet Cemetary, at WDW you can see it yourself and not much to it. I don't believe they give tours of that. I don't think from my observations it really tourable. Again, that was done at Disneyland but I don't believe ever in Florida.
