How late at Flame Tree

I am planning meals for a trip in February. I see that Animal Kingdom closes at 5pm. We love to eat dinner at Flame Tree BBQ, but I would like to do it as late as possible. Does anyone know how late can you buy food from Flame Tree and sit outside before they throw you out?

Since the park closes at 5 I would think in order to be comfortable plan on ordering no later than 4:30 (ish). I'm sure they factor in a little time for that sort of thing. Flame Tree is one of my favorites as well, and we plan on going during our trip in April!

You can order at the last second, assuming that Flame Tree remains open (you can check the hours earlier that day). Disney won't kick you out by any means. You can actually get on line for attractions at 4:59 that day. So it's quite a while before they get everyone out of the park.
