Yes, you can buy any special event tickets from your onsite Disney resort hotel. You have to go to the concierge at the front desk and they can take care of it for you. We have been to the Halloween party several times and wouldn't miss it. The parade is amazing! Twice we watched it twice in one night just because we love it so much! And Jack Skellington and Sally are great characters to see! And the trick or treating... You will have a great time! Have fun! :mpumpkin:
