Garden grill breakfast

I recently read that Garden Grill is going to be offering breakfast as part of the candlelight processional. I was wondering if that is going to be a character Neal as well? Also how exactly does that meal package work? And is it something that would interest young kids?

I loved our character meal...we did garden grill as a CP lunch many years ago...sad thing was they charged us $5 over the price of dinner, with no extra value or no difference in meal...so actually we paid for a seat at CP. Most restaurants you get a specific meal that includes appetizer and desserts. We are trying rose and crown this year.
