2016 Deluxe Dining Plan

I just saw where Disney has dropped the appetizer from the 2016 Deluxe Dining plan. It went up in price and now you just get an entree, dessert and non alcoholic beverage. I can see the tables in wonderland card being the next thing that disappears!
The prices at Disney just keep rising and people keep spending the money.

We are being told Appetizers are still included in deluxe for 2016.
