gluten free

I am excited at how accomidating Disney is for food allergies! I have read some wonderful posts. Any great gluten free deserts anyone had found?

Nothing that would normally have gluten in it. We have not seen, for example, any gluten-free cake. What they seem to do is just make sure there is a naturally gluten-free option on the menu, such as creme brulee.

Now, if you want something that you haven't been able to have since going gluten-free, go to Erin McKenna's Bakery at Downtown Disney West Side. It's *all* gluten-free (and vegan). Cupcakes, brownies, pound cake, coffee cake, donuts, etc. It's a little pricey, but it was delicious...and i'm not even gluten-free! I would put that coffee cake up against regular coffee cake any day.
