Anybody know the details of what they are doing? We are will be in the villas in June

We will be there at the end of June and it looks like they will be refurbishing the guest rooms.

The villas are undergoing a total hard goods refurb similar to the one that just took place at VWL. Flooring, drapes, bedding, kitchen and bath tiles, etc. They are also adding the murphy bunk to the studios.

MY brother stayed at VWL during refurb and said the noise was terrible in the morning

I just got a letter from them for our July stay. They said the hours of construction is from 9 am to 4 pm. I don't plan on sleeping in anyway.

Yea, no way we will be in the room at 9am. I missed that in the letter.
