Just got ours for Nov 1st. I hope its not too crazy crowded. Has anyone been to those last parties in Oct/Nov? Are they super crowded? It was the best time for us to plan our trip.

I'm hoping we can still get a decent spot for the later parade. And my little girl is terrified of fireworks, so not worried about that.

We did Halloween night years ago. It was busy, but nothing that we couldn't handle. Seems I've read reports that it gets busier and busier each year.

Picked up ours for Oct 1. Have enjoyed MVMCP a couple of times, DW and I are very excited for our first MNSSHP. :jack::hmghost:

Just to be sure... this is all you need to get in to the park after the designated time, right? No need for a park pass plus the Halloween party ticket?
Thanks!

Maybe I should be thankful Disney is price gouging these hard ticket events. At $370 for my family (2 adults - 3 kids, but two over 9) it doesn't even register as a possibility. That is actually more than I paid for my 8 day park pass last January.

I've done MVMCP a couple times, years ago, and while it was nice, I can't think of a single thing that I saw or did that would justify my already stretched Disney budget taking that kind of hit.

Cheers to those that can do it, I'm just shocked that Disney hasn't priced it out of most peoples reaches.

I'll be in Disney October 15-19. There is only one night I can go to the MK without a party ticket. I'm kinda bummed about it. I don't think they should have them two nights in a row.

I don't think people realize how much Disney is effectively double dipping.

If my math is right, or at least close, from Sept 15 to Dec 18 there are 45 hard ticket events between the two types of parties. There are 94 total days in that span, which means Disney is running an extra hard ticket event nearly 50% of the time!

I don't know if historically its always been this many, but I've run into the same thing at Christmas time, where I've felt my access to the MK has been severely limited by these parties.

Just got my tickets for Halloween night, which is actually our arrival day. This is also our first ticketed party ever, and I don't know if we'll do it again. Yes, it was pricey, but this will probably be our only trip in the foreseeable future that will fall on Halloween night and our kids are at the ages (4 & 7) where Halloween is still a big deal. We live in a rural area and trick or treating is a challenge, so I'm trying to make this Halloween special.

I was debating whether or not we should get tickets for Nov 1st instead, but we are going to the parks with our regular tickets on the Nov 1st, so I couldn't see paying for our regular tickets AND a hard ticket event on the same day.

We LOVED the MNSSHP a few years ago but the tickets are SUPER pricey (especially with the canadian dollar) - which is unfortunate for many people. However if you can swing it to at least go once its pretty cool. (Although we are big fans of Halloween).
