Villians Unleashed was a special party held at DHS last year, as far as I know there has been no announcement as to whether they will hold it again. For one night they brought back many of the rare villains (close to 50), held dance parties, a special Fantastic pre-show and fireworks. You can find some photos and video on the Disney Parks blog.
