Do Disney Store Employees get a discount at the parks

They are opening a Disney Store at the local mall. I was looking to work for Disney for years and am not in any place to move to FL at this tme. I was wondering if Disney Store employees get discounts on tickets, dining plans, merchandise etc?

I believe you are considered a cast member and receive all of the same perks, discounts and benefits as anyone working at the parks or resorts.
