Can't get fp+ to work...new to this

My 60 days out came up tonight at midnight. I am staying at a WDW resort and have purchased park hoppers. All of this is linked in my profile. However, when I go in to select fast passes, my name is the only one that appears, the select button is greyed out beside my name and it states I must have theme park admission. Since I already have admission, plus two family members linked, I don't know where to go from here. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

After a frustrating 1 1/2 hours, the fp+ feature decided to work. Sorry for the premature post but I was anxious to get my planning underway. We were able to get all of the passes we were hoping for!
