What exactly is happening in MK?

In the park yesterday and both water ways before the castle on both sides of Main Street (below the bridge) are completely walled off. I could not locate a post on here explaining what was going on there. Thanks!

They are expanding the HUB... creating more walkways and standing space...

The Hub in front of the castle has been under construction for awhile. They are expanding the floor room to provide more room for parade/fireworks viewing.
