WELL!!!!
After call to IT at WDW and beating my head against the wall trying to get logged in so I could get my fast pass for BOG I finally got my resi...
I am changing my name from Itchy to STUPID.
Why you ask?
With another sleepless night last night I was trying to log in to the BOG site and getting no where when...... BAM..... Like a brick between the eyes I figured what I was doing wrong ( this is why I am changing my name ). The sign in site states put your name as it is on your reservation meaning the one for your room, tickets, and such.... WELL! I looked at my reservation that I got from Denise at Magical Journeys and low and behold I found it.
I was putting in my full first name for the BOG reservation site and my reservation is under the shortened name of PHIL.
Once I did that everything worked as they planned and I now have my BOG reservation.
Moral: Never assume and double check you paper work so you don't look stupid..
